Assuming I have an audience and a sensible mature one at that, I don't expect any one to emphatize with me in this post. Because I am not sensible and mature at all.
To get to the point , I always find myself in situations where I have crazy laughing fits in the most inappropriate contexts!
Today , at rehearsal ( serious , tense scene ) and every person on stage is in splits!
Delivering violent dialogues and laughing! How I pity my director but silly as it might sound , it's hard to control laughter when as much as a look from another person can have you in splits!
Most often, the situation won't even be conventionally funny much to the dismay of the mature spectator! And I especially feel like laughing when it is completely quiet and serious. In school we had this thing called astachal where the whole school goes and sits up on the hill in the evening to watch the sunset for fifteen minutes. I've excluded words like introspection , self reflection , meditation.....add it all ok?
Umm so yeah, once I saw this kid piling sand into her mother's lap with great dedication during astachal and my friend and I burst into a bizzare fit of uncontrollable laughter!That got us into so much trouble!!
And another time I die half way through the play and am carried on a stretcher . I used to laugh like crazy then ! !! a dead body covered with a white sheet shaking with laughter. unintentionally intended spookiness. When the real show happened I didn't laugh..THank god for that!And I hope I don't this time too!

Asthachal.. people would write stuff on the sand coz they couldn't speak and then we'd crack up! And then Alok sir or someone would take our case! Yup, I know all about uncontrollable laughter.. in college also, my frd and I used to have these laughing bouts where we'd start laughing at one thing and then continue laughing at everything that came our way! The guard once thought we were drunk!!
Wow, been long since I laughed like that though..
hehehehe i know! Rv had these laughter potential times like the 'quiet time' after assembly when everyday in all my years there a cow haaad to moo in that one minute. When i visited I even waited for it but damn the cows all kept quiet this time!
You know, somebody just talking about laughing uncontrollably makes you laugh :) I am probablly an odd-ball in your mature and sensible audience ;)
And the silence bell just before lunch and dinner?!! Completely lost it if someone by chance continued talking after it rang.. we'd all look at the person and giggle through the silence!

i wonder how u guys managed to keep yr mouth shut while eating, watching sunset and maybe during a few more activities...
were even primary kids asked to follow all this? our lunch time was a riot with tiffin stealing and finishing food fast so that the tiffin boxes cud be used to play cricket with paper balls

consider your self blessed... very few people can actually laugh out loud and just be happy...most of forget to follow our instincts in the guise of socially acceptable behaviour...
but hey deep within...we all know what we are doing...( thats a rrandom line)
